I was hesitant to proceed with my booking at first because there were limited reviews. I was pleasantly surprised because the hotel rooms were just newly renovated. In fact, they managed to add the chairs and desk hours after I checked in, and I saw it was the same case for all the other rooms. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, new linens and towels, they provided a small pouch for personal hygiene; the room and the bathroom were really spacious. If you are keen on visiting Yeouido Hangang Park, this is an excellent place to stay. Originally booked 3 nights for FESTA 2023 but I extended my stay. Some receptionists may struggle with their English so it's better to send inquiries via the Booking app. They cleaned the room regularly. The closest metro is the National Assembly station. No breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants and conveneinece stores nearby. Cons: -no bidet or washlet -10K won an hour for early check-in (but they have lugagge storage)

rude staff - nobody speaks English, they have a few phrases and will repeat what you said back but comprehension is zero. Really weird hotel. Overpriced. Smells of smoke. Cleaning staff were non stop chatting and watching their phones loudly sitting in the hallways outside our room. A large Korean family was booked in to a couple of rooms on our floor and they used the hallway to eat together and for their kids to play. Never had that sort of experience anywhere else in korea but the hotel staff did not care or want to know.

The hotel was recently remodeled, so it was super clean.

First - it's a love hotel! And the insulation is so poor. Cleaning at odd hours like 4 AM. The room wasn't clean - there was food from previous tenants in the fridge, the towels had hair on them, and the soap bottles were empty. After 2 days they started some sort of construction on the hotel which was loud and messy. The laundry services is not a thing. Had to look for a coin laundry place because if that. Staff is not speaking English at all. Overall not a good experience..

We liked the location as it was close to the river. The front desk staff were helpful and cooperative in terms of booking taxis etc.

Had specifically booked the room with the large bathtub but there was a singlesize tub and the sauna wasnt working.

They think of the small things that make travel more comfortable. I liked the PC in the room, toothpaste, 2x toothbrushes, bubble bath etc. Sounds trivial but nice touch.

The Hotel was great value for money. It could help if the staff understood a bit more English, but this is a minor. A small bit of maintenance, but then again I have stayed at 5star hotels that needed more work.

The spa bath was spacious.....you just couldn't turn on the on the hot tub function

The spa bath and the steam function in the shower were not working. With was pretty frustrating as I booked the room for these facilities.
